What I Did

Through competitive analysis I evaluated client’s position in the market and developed personas that helped in visualize logo as well as other graphical elements.

Responsive Evaluation

The following are some of the Website improvements I proposed:

  • Update the current website to a responsive user friendly optimized website.

  • Integrating social media as a way to communicate with customers.

  • Optimize content for specific devices viewing the website as well as SEO.

  • No zooming needed to read text on phones and tablets.

  • Improve user experience for visitors of your website.

  • Consistent, dual access to social media platforms whether you are on a phone or laptop (website URLs are the same).

  • Presenting recommendations to improve interaction with existing and potential customers.

  • Methodologies (how this will be accomplished)

  • Selected keywords, phrases

  • Geolocation (map, address, telephone number) 

Technical & Business Constraints

In order to address modern web design requirements, the CupitorConsientia website will adhere to the Responsive Design approach that would aim at crafting a site that would provide optimal communication tool, easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, and scrolling across a wide range of devices from mobile phones to desktop computer.

 

Target Segment - Users

Typical visitor of the CupitorConsientia’s website are business owners, retail sector, franchise operations, charitable organizations, mutual societies, cooperatives, trade unions, credit unions, sports clubs, industry associations, retired servicemen’s clubs, telecommunications, strategic goods and services, natural resources and energy, politically sensitive business, broadcasting, demerit goods (alcohol), and merit goods (healthcare).

These individuals are looking at the website in order to decide who will provide the most innovative and unique solutions for their problems. These individuals may have already heard of CupitorConsientia, and are looking for additional information and company background for additional services information and verification. Their target audience includes:

Persona...

After analysing all the information about target audience, behavioural needs and motivations, I created a fictional character. We selected three personas that easily represent the target audience; a corporate manager, a business owner and a medium size store manager. These personas helped us make decisions about the website's content priority.

I put together a collection of images, colour palettes, photography, samples of typography, concept ideas and graphics icons that will eventually evolve into the final product's visual style guide.
