This hotel has such potential but lack of attention to detail of cleaning and maintaining standards will be its downfall I fear! Stayed in a Swashbuckle room for two nights in July for my son's fourth birthday: this new hotel had been excessively trailed on TV and he had become obsessed with going. I visited this hotel as a special treat for my family on the 24th of August for one night in the standard room. We work very hard to ensure that all guests experience amazing value for money as well as magical memories to take away with them and it is disappointing that you did not experience this.
