It was just us and one other table in the whole restaurant at 5pm and the staff pretty much ignored us for the whole meal, no one asked us how anything was and considering I’d told them that it was my partners birthday I thought they would at least have cleaned the table between courses, it’s was covered with crumbs etc and they just left it like that. I felt I shouldn’t have paid for the service but was happy to help the restaurant that might have struggled due to Covid-19.I found out later that this restaurant holds a Michelin star.
