Logo Sketching

After completing the initial stages of the research, I got more involved in the creative process. I started by using pencil and paper as that is the best and quickest way of visualizing any new idea. These sketches helped me to visualize various possible design concepts.

Logo Drawing

After I had some strong concepts on paper, I began to to draw the ideas out on Illustrator. The challenge was how to best represent the mesh look and feel on a simple graphic design that I could use for the logo. Below you can see some of the tooth graphic drawing, done on Adobe Illustrator.

Design Process

The next stage of the project was to experiment with different versions for the logo. During this step I could see what combinations of the logo elements work best. I wanted to achieve a good balance between the graphics and the content.

CAD/CAM FX Logo

The design achieved a good balance between shape, typography and colour. I presented the logo to the client and was well-received. Next step of this project was to design the letterhead and business card as well as the doctor’s prescription forms and packaging labels.
